  • Tui Williams

    Community Builder & Connector

    Tui is a facilitator, community builder and social innovator. She has a range of experience managing and participating in start up, social enterprise and GovTech programs and accelerators, curating and running events from small intimate groups of 20 to the largest social enterprise conference in Australasia of over 1300 people. Tui is a co-founder of a start up, The Social Experiment; bringing together extraordinary people to work collectively on the issues that matter to them. She is the curator of the Auckland Global Shapers - a network of over 8500 young people across the world.


    Tui is very passionate about the importance of our oceans, and the role in plays in society as a living organism and life force. She ran a campaign consisting of 7 events across the country called ‘Love NZ land and Water’, bringing together a diverse range of stakeholders passionate about NZ’s land and water. Tui has worked on a number of community engagement contracts with Auckland Council, supporting them with insight gathering, empathy mapping, and creative facilitation.

    Shruthi Vijayakumar

    Enabler & Innovator

    Shruthi works as a coach, facilitator and strategist. She is passionate about enabling people to reach their fullest potential, shifting business and our economy to better serve people and our planet and creating a society where we live in harmony with nature. Shruthi runs her own business, Shruthi.co through which she has led social innovation & leadership development programmes with various clients across the world including Oxford University, INSEAD Business School and the United Nations. In former lives she was a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group, led operations for an education startup and managed a social enterprise accelerator.


    Shruthi has been recognised as a Global Shaper by the World Economic Forum, a Global Changemaker by the British Council and a semi-finalist for the Young New Zealander of the Year Award. She completed her MBA on full scholarship at at University of Oxford.

    Vinny Lohan

    Technologist & Experimenter

    Vinny works at the intersection of technology and design to make social impact. He is passionate about and has worked in the fields of education, healthcare to community enablement. His first two ventures were OneBeep (rural digital connectivity over radio frequencies) & OneBuzz (algorithms that process the growth of malarial infections and intelligently plan medicine distribution) were born out of, Microsoft Imagine Cup (Worlds biggest technology competition, 425,000 competitors from 127+ countries). He and his team won the Imagine Cup two years in a row.


    Leaving university where he studied engineering, he started a company creating software solutions to complex problems for organisations with high social impact, where their clients include UNESCO, UNICEF and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He has also co-founded REVA, which is the biggest fest in India for street children, with over 600 street kids participating each year, it’s is now in it’s 10th year. In 2016 he was named 1 of 3 upcoming social entrepreneurs in the world under 30 years by General Electric (GE)

    Louise Marra

    Organisational & Systems Healer

    Louise’s leadership experience has spanned all sectors having held senior leadership and governance roles within Government, the private sector, philanthropy and the NGO sector. She has been an advisor to the Prime Minister, director of a company, led a collaborative government office, has aided the set-up of social innovation labs both for the Government and for Foundation North’s Centre for Social Impact.


    Her passion is to help build the next era of conscious leadership and conscious organisations and relationships robust enough to enable radical innovation for an emergent approach to personal, social and environmental change. She believes deep connection to our own, others, the environment and the wisdom around us in all of life, enables greater possibility for growth and transformation at all levels. Louise is Tuhoe, and deeply grounded in indigenous principles. She runs leadership and social change programmes including being programme director for Leadership New Zealand.
